How to Order Your Zoho Stone Fireplace Mantel
Every Zoho Stone fireplace mantel is made to order. Our team will guide you through measurements, design selection, shop-drawing approval, production and delivery.
1. Select Your Mantel
Choose a design from our collection of classic, contemporary and modern fireplace mantels. Most designs can be adjusted to accommodate your firebox, wall dimensions and design preferences.
If you need assistance selecting the right mantel, send us a photograph of your fireplace wall and the approximate dimensions. Our team will help you evaluate the available options.

2. Submit Your Measurements
Complete our Fireplace Measurement Form with the dimensions of your wall, firebox and surrounding area.
Please include:
- Overall wall width and height
- Firebox opening width and height
- Firebox manufacturer and model, if available
- Location of vents, louvers, doors or other components that must remain accessible
- Desired hearth dimensions
- Photographs of the fireplace wall and surrounding room
Accurate measurements are essential to ensure that the mantel fits properly and maintains the necessary clearances around the firebox.

3. Receive Your Proposal
After reviewing your measurements and project information, Zoho Stone will prepare an itemized proposal.
Depending on your project, the proposal may include:
- Fireplace mantel
- Hearth
- Filler panels
- Dimensional modifications
- Color and texture selection
- Crating
- Freight delivery
- Installation, when available
If additional information is required, a Zoho Stone representative will contact you before preparing the proposal.
4. Review and Approve the Shop Drawings
Once you decide to proceed, Zoho Stone will prepare detailed shop drawings showing the proposed mantel dimensions and configuration.
You will have the opportunity to review the drawings before production begins. If requested, we may also prepare a digital rendering showing how the selected mantel could appear on your fireplace wall.
Before production can begin, Zoho Stone must receive:
- The signed proposal
- The signed and approved shop drawings
- The acknowledged warranty and sales policies
- Your approved color and texture selection
- The required 50% deposit
Please review all dimensions and details carefully. Changes cannot be made after the drawings have been approved and production has begun.
5. Production
Standard production generally takes approximately six to eight weeks after Zoho Stone receives all required approvals and the deposit, taking a bit longer during busy winter seasons.
Customized mantels and projects requiring extensive modifications may require additional production time. Your estimated production schedule will be provided before manufacturing begins.
6. Final Inspection and Payment
When production is complete, Zoho Stone will inspect the mantel and provide completion photographs for your review.
The remaining balance, including applicable crating and freight charges, must be paid before the mantel is released for shipment.
Installation instructions and applicable handling information will be provided before delivery.
7. Freight Delivery
Zoho Stone ships fireplace mantels by common carrier throughout the continental United States.
Standard freight quotations are generally based on curbside delivery. Liftgate service will be requested when available; however, availability cannot be guaranteed at every location. The customer should have sufficient assistance available to receive and safely unload the shipment.
Inside or white-glove delivery may be available for an additional charge. Please ask your Zoho Stone representative for availability and pricing.
Normal transit time is approximately three to five business days after the shipment leaves our facility. Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Inspect the crate and mantel promptly upon delivery.
If the crate shows visible damage:
- Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
- Photograph the crate and all visible damage.
- Retain the mantel pieces, crate and packaging materials.
- Notify Zoho Stone in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
Prompt documentation is necessary for Zoho Stone to submit a freight claim and arrange the appropriate remedy.
Color and Texture Samples
Because colors and textures may appear differently on computer screens, we recommend reviewing physical samples before making your final selection.
