Mantel Ordering Process:

First, we need measurements of your room and firebox. Use the printable Fireplace Mantel Measurement form to gather the information at your site. This information will also help your sales representative estimate any special requirements. You may also enter your measurements in our online worksheet and submit or print a copy of the worksheet, and fax a completed form to (727) 230-6956. We may contact you if any additional information is needed.

Measuring Your Firebox

  1. The firebox is very essential as it will dictate the final aesthetic look of your entire fireplace. We recommend as large of an opening as possible. We don’t have a preference on fireboxes as we can work with any firebox you have or prefer.
  2. When measuring the opening, it is necessary to allow for any vent, louvers or doors that need to remain exposed. Please check your specifications for clearance needed to remove and reinstall the glass door assemblies.
  3. The flush masonry, or metal wood-burning firebox will be best as they allow you the greatest amount of flexibility and accommodate decorative, arched filler panels.
  4. When using metal boxes, it is crucial that you note how much of the metal you wish to have covered or exposed. Always be careful to allow for the space needed to remove and replace the
    glass doors.
  5. With a custom filler panel, we can allow for arches in louvered metal boxes. A template must be provided to match your doors, so we can size them correctly.
  6. Raised fireboxes are often preferred and can be accommodated by our raised panels and hearth options.

Ordering and Payment Terms

After receiving your measurements, we will get back to you with a line item proposal and quote that includes the cost of the pre cast stone mantel. Optional hearth, any customizing, crating and shipping to your job site will also be provided. When you decide to proceed, we will provide detailed AutoCAD drawings for you to review. At the same time if you send u s a picture of your wall we can photo shop your desired mantel on the wall so that you may get an idea of the final look. To place the order, please review and sign the a) proposal, b) the drawing, c) our warranty information and d) please select a color and finish. Note that no changes can be made after production has begun. We strongly suggest your careful review the details on the drawings as there are no changes allowed once we start the production cycle. A 50% down payment is required to prior to the start the job. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we take most major credit cards. Please call for the authorization form. The balance is due in full before shipping. A final invoice will be issued at that time, along with a picture of your fireplace.

Color Samples

We can send you actual samples of color and texture upon request.

Production Time

Zoho Stone can ship within 6 to 8 weeks of the receipt of the signed contract. Production can run longer if your mantel requires modification, or it falls during a Holiday period. Custom orders are estimated and scheduled separately. Please let us know if you are in a hurry, and we will do whatever we can to accommodate your time frame.

Shipping Procedures

You will be notified once your order is ready for shipment. We will email pictures of your completed mantel for your review, and a final invoice will be issued at that time. You will receive a shipping confirmation fax or email. The confirmation will have your freight bill number and contact information. At this stage, setting instructions and installation procedure will be sent via email. Normal transit time is about 3 to 5 days. Upon arrival in your area, a freight dispatcher will call to set up delivery. Please furnish us with a current phone and fax number or email to which the Bill of Laden can be sent to help control delivery on your end. Our shipping quotes are always curb side delivery. We also provide a White Glove delivery service, where for an additional fee the shipping company will deliver your mantel inside the first room of your home. Please ask for details.


Our products are manufactured in Los Angeles CA and shipped by common carrier to anywhere in the continental United States. We always request a lift gate for your convenience for home deliveries. However this is not always possible, so please have at least two men ready to unload from the trucker’s tailgate. Your truck driver will not take the crate off the truck for you. In rare cases where the location is remote or in residential areas that do not allow large trucks the customers may have to arrange a secondary delivery. If you are not ready for shipment upon the manufactured completion date, Zoho Stone will hold your order for up to six weeks provided that the balance is paid in full. Thereafter Zoho Stone will be charging $300.00 monthly for storage. Zoho Stone will bill 100% percent of the contract amount, to be paid in fifteen (15) days of invoice.

Damages in Shipment

Damages must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Please save all broken stone and all packaging material so we can make a claim with the freight company. Note, photographs of damage may be required after proper notification. Zoho Stone will replace any broken stone at no charge to you, usually within 10 to 14 days. Refer to “Installation Procedure” in our website for more information.


Zoho Stone’s precast fireplaces mantels are warranted to be free of any major design flaws and material defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery, please note that material defects are excluding natural color variation typically inherent in the production of cast stone.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is applicable for Florida and California only. This includes orders picked up by customers at our Manufacturing Facility. Any sales shipped by common carrier to customers outside of Florida or California will not be taxed. Customers should consult their local sales tax laws for any applicable taxes.
